Order management
The operations team is the first point of contact for all international orders and order-related issues.
The team is responsible for receiving, processing and following-up on orders. It is in daily contact with the various departments of MSF Supply to do so.
The operations team tracks the order from the time it is entered into the system until all order lines are ready for shipment.
The operations team works closely with the shipments team to anticipate requirements and work upstream on the specificities and constraints of each country.
In emergency situations, MSF Supply ensures minimum delivery times by accelerating the ordering process.
